  • 20+20 -Take 20 minutes to eat and 20 minutes to walk.  It takes your brain 20 minutes to recognize your stomach is full. East slowly and enjoy your food!   • If you work at a desk, try to stand up during the day.  Use old boxes to put your laptop or keyboard and phone on if you don't have a stand up desk.  

 

Random Thoughts

  • Use olive or coconut oil as eye makeup remover
